Dave and I are new at this blog thing, but after viewing our friends blogs (very cool), we thought we would give it a shot! It is a great way to keep in touch with everyone!
Well, we are now in Jacksonville, Florida enjoying the breath-taking scenery of the Atlantic Ocean. It is far from home, but absolutely beautiful. God has moved us around alot in our 3 years together(4 times to be exact), so I am glad we are settled here for a while! We bought our first new home February of 2007. It was a big step and very exciting!
We also made an addition to our family last summer...We adopted our beautiful dog Maci from the Jacksonville Humane Society. She is FULL of energy and brings us lots of laughs!
We are involved in a wonderful church (The Fellowship @ Celebration Baptist Church) where Dave and I both teach Sunday School to 3 year olds!!! It is so fun!!! They definately keep us on our toes, but they also keep us in stitches!
During the week while Dave is flying choppers for the military (his dream job!), I work at a private school (Harvest Community School) as the third grade assistant. LOVE IT! It is the closest thing to being a full time camp counselor at Pine Cove that I can find.
The military, our church home, and my school have all been a great source of new and wonderful friendships. God has been so good at providing great friends with the same value systems and love for Jesus that we have.

Aww beautiful Alicia, I miss you! ya'll make a gorgeous couple! I'm glad all is well. Life is Crazy for me and I'm so busy my head spins in every direction. I know God has amazing things ahead. I'm trusting in him for it all! love and miss you! I agree, I miss Texas too--very much so!
