Change of Command

Dave's squadron had a Change of Command Dinner at the University Club last week. It was beautiful and so much fun...just a little sad to see our C.O. and his wonderful wife go. However, we had a great time celebrating all they have done for us. We also celebrated the new C.O. and X.O. We had a delicious dinner and enjoyed the view of Jacksonville from the 27th floor of the building. Everyone looked so great...I love to see Dave in his uniform! and I got to use my beautiful dress from Jane's wedding again! I love to get another wear out of a bridesmaid dress! Don't we all look so good? Here are a few pics of some great friends of ours from the squadron. These beautiful ladies are so special to me. I love our Wives Club and all the memories we are making together!

Dave and I also celebrated Easter this weekend. Mom sent Dave, me and Maci an Easter basket. I also made Dave and Maci baskets. Dave got lots of Peterbrook chocolate (this is something you all will enjoy when you come and visit us!) and we both got the cutest camo baskets full of candy from MOM! My basket from Dave was getting to pick out some really cute little bird feeders for my back yard. We have so many beautiful wild birds that I love to watch! Anyway, we hope that all your Easter Celebrations were memorable. I love this season, all things new...thanks to Jesus!
