Chaz's first Halloween!

I have to admit... I am NOT a big fan of Halloween... but there was something irresistible about seeing Chaz dressed in his first costume! We decided to go with the Cowboy theme and he was the perfect little buckaroo!

His #1 fan, Alexa (our dear friends' daughter) came with us to Trunk or Treat while her parents went to their Squadron Party. We were so glad to have her with us and see her experience such a fun night! and as always, Chaz loved having her around b/c he "talks" to her! It is the funniest thing to hear... he just stares at her and babbles... A-DORABLE!

Chaz all ready to go to Trunk or Treat at Church... complete with his cowboy hat, his tiny horse AND bigger stick horse... and cowboy boots!

He lasted about 45 minutes, then quietly slept in Daddy's arms while Alexa finished having her treats... isn't he so sweet?

Alexa ENJOYING her cotton candy! She ate every last bite! She also enjoyed cookies, popcorn, snow cone and a mini nestle crunch bar. It was great having her for the night, b/c we got to say YES! to every request... and while she was a little excitable on the way home (singing and trying to scare us with her "scary" voice) she went straight to sleep when we got home... not one protest! What a princess!

This picture was so sweet until I looked closer and noticed Chaz sucking his thumb!!! For those of you who know him you know... he DOES NOT do that! This was so funny to see... oh well, he was so tired, so if that is what soothed him, that is ok with me! (or maybe there was some cotton candy on it!??)

The next night we went trick or treating with our sweet friends, the Stoica's! Alexa helped Chaz collect his candy (that Mommy and Daddy ate!) and did such a good job picking out one piece and putting it in Chaz's pumpkin. (Chaz actually used the little pumpkin that Dave used as a child, so sweet!)

Gotta love my cowboys!

This little onesie was a baby gift from Pam who owns Sweet Bambini Boutique is Houston... if you live there, you have to go shop there... LOVE IT! The front says "Giddy Up" and can you see the adorable fringe down the side? and Look at those boots! Thank you Samantha!! What a perfect gift to finish the outfit!
