Alicia earns her Red Jacket!

When a Mary Kay Consultant decides to move up the career ladder, she adds fabulous women to her team. After 3 to 4 women have joined her team, she earns her RED JACKET! This shows that she is leading a team to achieve their dreams and aspirations in this wonderful business. I have an incredible team of fabulous women who are enriching other women's lives using the vehicle of Mary Kay... and I am so proud of them! Because of our hard work as a team I have earned my Red Jacket... my momma always said I looked great in RED!

This is Florence Johnson, a director in Jacksonville who is helping my director to train and encourage me in my business. She presented me with my red jacket (one on loan until my jacket comes in) and made me feel so special at my Red Jacket Debut!
